વડોદરા મહાનગરપાલિકા, આરોગ્ય વિભાગ હસ્તક વાહકજન્ય રોગ નિયંત્રણ તથા પાણીજન્ય રોગ નિયંત્રણ અંગેની ક્ષેત્રીય કામગીરી માટે પબ્લીક હેલ્થ વર્કર (PHW) અને ડિવર્કર (FW) (પુ.) ની ૧૧ માસના કરાર આધારીત તદન હંગામી ધોરણે ઉમેદવારો મેળવવા અંગે પી.આર.ઓ.નં.૧૦૮૫ ૨૩-૨૪ થી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ જાહેરાતના સંદર્ભમાં પસંદગી પામેલ પબ્લીક હેલ્થ વર્કર (PHW, ઉમેદવારોની પાંચમી પસંદગી યાદી અને ડિવર્કર (FW) (પુ.) ઉમેદવારોની છઠ્ઠી પસંદગી યાદી તથા તેઓના નિમણૂંકના હુકમ www.vmc.gov.in વેબસાઈટ ઉપર તા.૦૪/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ બપોરે ૧૨:૦૦ કલાકે મુકવામાં આવશે.
આ યાદીમાં પસંદગી પામેલ ઉમેદવારોએ પોતાના નિમણુંકના હુકમ જાતે ડાઉનલોડ કરી તા.૦૭/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ થી તા.૧૪/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ સુધીમાં રિજાના દિવસ સિવાય] કચેરી સમય દરમ્યાન તેઓને યાદીમાં ાળવવામાં આવેલ જે તે ઝોનની કચેરી ખાતે બાયોલોજીસ્ટશ્રી સમક્ષ હાજર થવાનું રહેશે.
પસંદગી પામેલ ઉમેદવારોને અલગથી કોઈ જાણ કરવામાં આવશે નહી. આ માટેની જરૂરી માહિતી શરતો વડોદરા મહાનગરપલિકાની ઉપર જણાવેલ વેબસાઈટ ઉપરથી મેળવી લેવાની રહેશે.
તા.૧૪/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ સુધીમાં હાજર ન થનાર ઈસમોના નામ પસંદગી યાદીમાંથી રદ્દ કરી પ્રતિક્ષાયાદીમાંથી અન્ય ઈસમની જે તે જગ્યાએ તૂર્ત નિમણુંક આપવામાં આવશે આ બાબતે કોઈપણ રજુઆત ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહીં જેની સબંધકર્તા તમામે ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.
