GPSC Important Notice : આયોગ દ્વારા પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ નીચે મુજબની વિગતની જાહેરાતોની પરીક્ષા યોજાનાર છે. આ જગ્યાઓની પ્રાથમિક મુખ્ય લેખિત પરીક્ષાનો અભ્યાસક્રમ આયોગની વેબસાઇટ https://gpsc.ujarat.gov.in/ પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે.

| (1) | Advertisements numbered 03, 07, 09, 12/2024-25 will be conducted via the OMR system, while Advertisement No. 47/2023-24 will have the main written exam, and Advertisements No. 02, 04, 15, 16/2024-25 will be conducted via the Computer-Based Recruitment Test (CBRT). For updates on CBRT, candidates must visit the Commission’s website. Candidates appearing for preliminary tests via CBRT must arrive at the exam hall one hour before the scheduled exam time. |
| (2) | The commission has decided to allow all candidates to appear for this test on a provisional basis. Related candidates of the above advertisements must download their admit cards and candidate instructions (Annexure-1 and 2) online from 1:00 PM on the mentioned date in Column-5 until the exam day. These documents must be brought to the exam hall and retained by the candidate after the exam. |
| (3) | Steps to download the admit card: (1) Visit https://ense-ojas.gujarat.gov.in (2) Click on “Call Letter/Form” >> “Preliminary Call Letter / Main Exam Call Letter / Form.” (3) Select your “Job,” enter “Confirmation Number” and “Birth Date.” (4) Click “Print Call Letter” and take a printout. Candidates are advised to save a PDF copy of their admit card as it will not be generated after the exam starts. Clicking on Annexure-1 and Annexure-2 within the admit card will allow candidates to print candidate instructions. Candidates must also bring a photo ID card to the exam hall and affix a recent photograph on the admit card. |
| Note | Unreserved category candidates who have not paid the online application fee through the post office will not be able to download the admit card. These candidates must pay the processing fee of ₹500/- in cash by visiting the Commission’s office (address: Opp. Airforce Office, Near Ch-3 Circle, ‘Ch’ Road, Sector-10A, Gandhinagar) before the exam date. Alternatively, they can pay the processing fee online by selecting “FEES MODULE” -> “PROCESSING FEE TO UNBLOCK CALL LETTER” on https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in. After payment, if the admit card is still not generated, candidates should check their payment status on the website. |
| For Issues | Candidates whose applications were confirmed but are unable to download the admit card or receive the “Application Not Found” message must visit the Commission’s office with application proof or email their details (confirmation number, application number) and payment receipt to psŻsec-gpsc-ahd@gujarat.gov.in before the exam. Unreserved category candidates who haven’t paid the main written exam fee should visit the Commission’s office and pay ₹500/- in cash before the exam day for further processing. |
