(૧) બાર કાઉન્સીલ ઓફ ગુજરાત તથા બાર કાઉન્સિલ ઓફ ઈન્ડીયામાં નોંધણી હોવી ફરજીયાત છે.
(૨) ગુજરાતી અને અંગ્રેજી બંને ભાષા પરનું પ્રભુત્વ ઈચ્છનીય છે.

(પ) કામગીરી સંતોષકારક ન હોવાના કિસ્સામાં કરાર રદ કરવાની સત્તા જિલ્લા વિકાસ અધિકારી બનાસકાંઠાની રહેશે.
(9) આવેલ અરજીઓમાંથી પસંદગી પરત્વેના તમામ ફક્કો પસદગી સમિતિને આધિન રહેશે.
(૭) સંપૂર્ણ વિગતો સાથે ભરાયેલ અરજી પત્રક જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રોની પ્રમાણિત નકલ સાથે જાહેરાત પ્રસિદ્ધ થયા તારીખથી દિન-૧૫ સુધીમાં “જિલ્લા વિકાસ અધિકારીશ્રી, સરદાર પટેલ ભવન, જિલ્લા પંચાયત કચેરી, બનાસકાઠા પાલનપુર”ના સરનામે રજી.પો.એડીથી કવર ઉપર કાયદા સલાહકારની નિમણુંક અરજી લખી મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે,
